Jotal is a lightweight and professional photo text watermark tool, which allows users to upload local images and add customized text watermarks to complete personalized image creation. All services of the application are oriented to adult users only. We do not provide any service support for minors, and we will never collect, store or process any data information generated by minor users. The use of this application by users confirms that they have reached the legal adult age and fully recognized and accepted all terms of this policy.

2. Core Data Processing Principles

Jotal always adheres to the principles of data minimization, legality and transparency. We only process data that is necessary to realize the app’s core photo watermark function. All data processing behaviors are initiated and controlled independently by users. We will not collect any irrelevant private information without user authorization, nor will we use user data beyond the scope of service functions. All image processing operations are completed on the user’s local device, ensuring the autonomy and security of user data.

3. Category of Processed Information

User Original Creation Content: The images uploaded by users and custom text watermark content edited by users are all private creation content independently operated by users. Such content is only used for real-time local image watermark synthesis and editing, to help users complete personalized picture processing needs.

Basic Anonymous Operational Data: To ensure the stable operation of the application, optimize image processing efficiency and solve occasional program running failures, we will collect anonymous and non-identifiable device operation data and system logs. This type of data cannot locate individual user identities and has no connection with users’ private image content.

4. Legal Scope of Data Application

All processed user data is limited to the operation and optimization of the app’s core watermark production services. The specific usage scope includes realizing local image uploading, supporting custom text watermark overlay, optimizing application running stability, improving user operation experience, and replying to user consultation, feedback and service questions through the official reserved email. We will not use any user data for commercial marketing, advertising push, data trading, user behavior analysis and other non-service purposes.

5. User Data Sovereignty & Local Control Rights

All functional operations of Jotal, including image uploading, text watermark editing and finished image generation, are completed locally on the user’s mobile device. The application does not have automatic cloud upload, remote synchronization and background cloud backup functions. Users have full ownership, use right and management right of all original images and watermark-processed pictures. Users can independently save, delete, sort and clean local image files and application cache data at any time, and can terminate all data processing services of the application by stopping use.

6. Third-Party Cooperation & Data Non-Disclosure Rules

Jotal does not cooperate with any third-party data collection institutions. The application does not embed any third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools, statistical analysis plug-ins and other data collection components. We strictly abide by the non-disclosure commitment, and will never sell, rent, share or disclose users’ uploaded images, watermark content and private operational data to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions in any form.

7. Data Security Protection Mechanism

We adopt standardized technical security protection measures to protect users’ local data security. In the whole process of image processing and watermark adding, we will not extract, identify or obtain users’ personal sensitive information, biometric features and other private data from uploaded pictures. All data processing links are transparent, standardized and compliant, without hidden collection, unauthorized call and illegal use of user data.

8. Policy Revision & Update Rules

We reserve the right to adjust and revise this Privacy Policy according to product function iteration, service upgrade and changes in national legal regulations. The latest policy update time will be displayed at the top of the page. If users continue to use the application after the policy is updated, it will be deemed that users automatically accept the revised new terms.

9. Legal Binding & Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is legally binding on all users of this application and is governed by applicable local laws. In case of disputes arising from the use of the application and the interpretation of policy terms, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation first.
